  • $20.00-$60.00 per hour based on your location, skills, training, and experience level. Overtime is also available.
  • $1,000 per year Technician Tool & Safety Equipment Reimbursement Program (Available after 1 year seniority).

Papé vacation plans also have tiers based on your seniority, so as your seniority grows, your vacation time off does as well. At your 3rd anniversary you receive 3 weeks, 7th anniversary you receive 4 weeks, and your 15th anniversary you receive 5 weeks.
