Papé Technician Training Program
The Papé Technician Training Program provides in-depth, hands-on, factory training to fully prepare graduates for a career as a service technician. Learn about equipment fundamentals including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drivetrains, and undercarriage wear management. We provide safety gear and state-of-the-art tools for mechanics in the shop.
Graduates may be offered a field technician or shop technician job at one of our more than 140 locations throughout the West, once the program is complete.
